Its simple-to-follow steps make it easy to prepare and take about the same preparation time as regular tea. Special for seasons where flu is common, this tea is a good detox drink to keep you healthy throughout winter.

To get started you will need a medium pan for boiling water, one or two cups, glass or a mug for serving this tea.

INGREDIENTS

  • 350ml hot Water
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons CIRCA - Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder

 

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1) Take a pan and boil water (about one cup).
2) Add lemon juice, honey, cinnamon powder and CIRCA - Apple Cider Vinegar and mix.
3) Serve tea hot in a mug.

 

 

Tips: This drink is best for chilly winter evenings. Try adding a cardamom when boiling water to enhance the taste.
